The ELS-series consists of five frontloaded kilns, mainly constructed for professional use in the ceramic studio or different education activities i.e. professiojnal art schools or work shops. The kilns are produced by Rohde and are based on their model series ELS-S. The heating elements are mounted on ceramic tubes for unhampered heat distribution and the heating from five sides provides an even temperature in the whole kiln chamber.

The Pull Out Solution for the kiln floor enables charging from three sides. This makes it not only easier and safer but also improves the charging density of the kiln by 20%. The In-Frame Ventilation and stainless steel wall sheets prevents corrosion and reduces surface temperatures – a feature not usually standard in kiln construction. The insulation consists of three layers. We use only high-quality, reduction-resistant insulating firebricks inside the firing chamber.

We also use a proven ceiling construction system which has been used successfully used for more than 20 years.
The combination of ceiling supports made from high-quality industrial ceramics and precision-fitted insulating firebricks prevents any particles falling from the ceiling onto the goods.
